[00:00:00] Father, bless thy word now, and speak to our hearts, and take this very unworthy man, and in mercy on all of us, especially me, come, anoint, and by the Holy Ghost, take the words and apply them to our hearts, in a way that we may not forget. In Jesus the Christ's name, and for his glory, Amen [00:00:32] Brother Jim, did the two dear boys from Rose and Rousseau, two men, did they come tonight? Yeah, they're here tonight Troy, I knew Troy when he was a young fellow You still look young Troy, and your brother was Thad, T-H-A-D. Yeah, that was so many years ago in a Mennonite church called Rose Lawn. [00:01:06] And you young fellows were just a blaze for God, you and Thad. And I was quite blessed and enthralled sitting with you and having fellowship with you. I think you opened the door for me to preach to that old Rose Lawn. and your pastor, is he still alive? He's not here tonight. I stayed with him and his good wife. What godly people. Is he still a pastor or are you now a pastor? What a joy to see you again. [00:01:38] Praise the Lord. That was many years ago, wasn't it? My word. In a town called Dothan. What was his name? Melbury. But wasn't it close to a town called Goshen? Goshen. That's in Egypt. Okay. All right. Well, we at least know that some Egyptians arrived in your country. It's strange that they give that name, but there you are. Some message behind that, trust me. You should go into it. [00:02:18] What are the most staggering portions of God's word to those who want God's heart, that is? Otherwise, you'd read it, it wouldn't mean a thing to you, even if you say it. But if you open this book, never ever, without the desire to hear God's voice to your heart, God's instruction, this becomes one of the most staggering portions of God's word you will ever hear. And it is found in 1 Timothy chapter 2 verse 1 to 6 [00:02:53] I'm not reading every verse but listen to these verses that matter I exhort therefore, this is Paul writing to Timothy, his son in the faith I exhort you therefore that first of all supplications, prayers, intercessions Be made to God for all men I like that For all men You are to pray [00:03:24] Earnestly, supplications, intercessions The man that is close to God's heart has the whole world on his heart Or he's not close to God's heart For God loved the world, beloved I exhort that supplications, prayers, intercessions be made to God for all men who will have, verse 4, who will have all men to be saved I like that [00:03:54] and I preach it because that's what God's word says I hope you preach that and don't preach anything else blind your eyes to such verses because of biased doctrines God doesn't love all men we taste a death for every man not willing that any should perish oh, who will have all men to be saved to come unto the knowledge of the truth the six who gave himself a ransom for all I love the word all even if you don't [00:04:26] I love it 1 Corinthians 9.22 Paul cried out, I am made all things. This is a testimony. And if you haven't got it and you're saved, you are a delight to Satan. Though you're saved. [00:04:59] I am made all things to all men, that I might by all means, no matter what it costs, save some. I want to repeat it. I am made all things. It doesn't matter what I've got to become, what I've got to endure, what I've got to face. I am made all things to all men all men that I might by all means anything that God requires of me and that is required without compromise it is that I might by all means no matter what it is that's required save some I hope that's your testimony Proverbs 11 30 the fruit of the righteous [00:05:52] is a tree of life. If you're righteous, if you're rightly related to God, there's fruit. It is utterly impossible for you to be rightly related to God without fruit. What fruit is this speaking about? Well, that's half a verse. The other half of the verse tells you what fruit of the righteous. If you're right with God, this is there. He that winneth souls is wise in God's eyes. Not he that is a theological student that has degrees going out the back door academically of Hebrew and Greek and doctrines made by men mostly [00:06:24] that miss the mark of the full revelation of God. No, this is wisdom. He that winneth souls. If your soul has been saved and you're not a soul winner, you're a total grief to God. A total, complete grief daily. If you know the way. The night I was saved, 47 years ago, 48 years ago this year, The night I knelt before God, the preacher that instructed me and was used by God to point me to salvation and God's salvation plan. [00:07:02] And to instruct me what to do thereafter from his first word to his last. As I left the door, this old man that was dying, I didn't know he was dying. I was the last soul he led to Christ and he knew it and he wept. and I know he wept now because he knew of all the years he had poured his life out for Christ. This is the last privilege God's giving him, is this boy. And as I walked toward the door and the door was open and I was now leaving, very shattered and broken in many ways because I'd never ever poured every faculty of my being out [00:07:36] that I was numb in my head to find God and truth. And now I took the instruction. As I was at the door, he raised his voice and said, Keith, boy, remember this. If you are truly saved by God here tonight, you will become a soul winner. Keith, from this moment and every day of your life [00:08:07] you will be a soul winner every soul will matter you will be a soul winner as you walk back into your home tonight to the lost that are in your home you will have a burden for them you will have a fire in your heart and a desperation that they will be unnerved by Keith, you will be a soul winner every day as you walk out of the door each morning in your life till the moment you come home you will be known not as a Christian because that means nothing [00:08:38] in this world. You will be known by men as a soul winner who I doubt you saved if that isn't the case. And if you stay right with God, Keith by daily devouring the scriptures. That's the only way to do it. Every step you take, you will be driven by God to souls. [00:09:08] Whether you speak to them or pray for them or just live it out in front of them that they're staggered by your life. But you will be a soul winner. To profess to no experiential knowledge of God's salvation through Christ from damnation and eternal suffering. To profess to have experiential knowledge of this gift of God To have been saved from eternal damnation and hellfire And to hold it to yourself is paramount blasphemy To profess that you're saved from hell [00:09:40] And know it's in the Bible and know everyone you pass Is going there, most of them And not to have this driving horse of God and love of God As much as what Philip was driven by God To the Ethiopian, driven, led by God You are conscious of one thing God wants you somehow To impart in love and earnestness The gospel of Jesus Christ Or you are not right with God Then you've lost something radical and tragic [00:10:12] If that isn't what is your testimony daily From the moment you leave the house in the morning To the moment you come back You are a total grief to God don't doubt it boy and never forget it that shook me that shook my heart the Almudy one of the three greatest soul winners in the history of the church [00:10:45] is no doubt about it so this is the feeling of God for his life and ministry to this day Preachers are affected to leave Erol and go out because of his life and testimony. The fruit of that life has escalated probably more now than when he lived. We are moody. We should this work. As few and most people who have any knowledge of the church's true history, whose great research, wouldn't hesitate to say he is one of the few greatest soul winners in the history of the church worldwide. [00:11:21] That is what he said. Moody, when he was young, something really radical happened to him, as God spoke to him. And he only shared it once in his life, and not from a prophet. He overheard very many godly people standing who didn't realize the old Moody was standing and you would hear him in the shade of the dark, outside of his room. They were talking about the way God has shaped this world through this man who hadn't much education, didn't get his matricule, [00:11:59] didn't care what he was called, he only had a Spanish 6 in those days, not because of that, but because that was it. In those days, education was only for very wealthy people, to that degree that you could, but he shook the world. And he overheard these people, mainly preachers, speaking of the way this world had turned to God in its masses through the unmoving of life time. And then they heard this voice and suddenly realized that he was a great godly human. That's why from then he started to be the preacher. [00:12:33] And he said these words, he's not looking at those names. One day, he was a young Christian. God revealed to me and showed me that this world is to be looked upon as a sinking vessel in the ocean. And I saw this vividly in my heart. God was speaking to my heart. He made me to see this world as a sinking vessel. [00:13:06] the soul perishing, perishing, perishing in the ocean of sin and darkness and as they were perishing God pointed me to a single lifeboat and he cried to me, Moody say where you can say where you can Moody and from that moment that God so vividly wrote these things in my heart. [00:13:41] I cannot think of one soul that I passed where I could witness that I will be witnessed. From that day through my life, whether it was a drunk in the gutter, were they the president of this nation that I did not witness before anything else could bring to Christ if I could. Save all you can, Moody. [00:14:15] And he did. He did. Jude, verse 22. Of some have compassion making a difference. Verse 23, of others say with fear, pulling them out of the fire, as they have ever been hit upon in your system in life. Do you walk past souls that nobody would relate this religion, this Christianity to you? Others say with fear, as any soul in this world, you come here and have feared their death, their killing, their nation, suffering is burning in your heart, [00:14:53] I'm grieving you enough to pull them out of the, you're literally pulling them out of the fire the way you tell me. To bring Christ into salvation from hell. The great William Booth, founder of the Salvation Army, had won so many multitudes to God and uncomprehended. Mostly he'd never gone near a church, the drunks, the prostitutes, the gangsters, the mob, the mafia. They came to God in their masses through this man. [00:15:27] They preached against the beautiful buildings and monuments where we don't spend a cent in the mission field but with the true salvation of souls. It would be uncomfortable if they come into our pews if they're not dressed perfectly. And so we are useless. We're all in our daily scorn by evangelical churches. We stand against people who sit in luxury but have nothing but God's art. Bruce, who at the age of 15, at the age of 15, he vowed God shall have all the age of William Bruce. [00:16:10] That is a gift, a noble and wonderful God-hearing and God-shifting spirit. At fifteen, William vowed God shall have all the age of William Booth. He burst into the house and he cried to his mother and father, I have found my destiny. He shouted, I have found such human misery [00:16:45] that God has opened my eyes to in this world that doesn't sit in the pure of the churches. And my whole life must be devoted for it is a lifetime's worth of work for me in this world to reach those in the streets and the gutters to the churches with which I belong. He dedicated his life to bring the gospel to the outcasts of society. He would never enter the church if he didn't work for me. And we shook this world as armies marched down the streets with their prostitutes, who were drunkards and who were gangsters. [00:17:32] God doesn't turn his face in the heart of a young man, a woman, any comrade, just as he can be. Let us pray. [00:18:10] Oh, the woman that tripped this way. You said those words basically as a young girl. For God. But all Christians are to be full-time service for God, not just preachers. This concept of the preacher is the one of the day. All Christians are to be in full time service for souls to be one across this world I'll never forget a young man who stood with me many years ago [00:18:43] His father was moderator and president of a very large mission here in Africa A very loved man But he sat with me and he reminded me now, he's grey Yes, lately he took me to lunch and said, I wanted to tell you something Do you remember when I was a young fellow? Young, young fellow, sitting with you and just pouring my life out. I said to you that I have been brought up in a home where a father has given his life for the soldiers of men. He's a missionary leader, he's a preacher, he's a porter. [00:19:16] And I had one thing burning in my heart. I'm going to be a preacher one day like that. It was expected of me. I had nothing else on view. Nothing on the horizon. There was one thing expected of me with my father being what he was. I would be a full-time missionary. I would be out on the mission field. I would be a preacher, as my daddy, that was what had to be, having such a party. And I shared that with you, that I was waiting for God's leading. You said these words to me, Mr. Daniel. No. [00:19:50] I don't know whether that's God's will to me. And you shook me. Because nothing else had ever occurred to me in my entire life, of what I was to do with that. You said to me, you have somehow ability, as a young businessman, in the business world, you have some ability that has been so honored already in your abilities, that it is stagnant. But you have access to multitudes, to multitudes of people who will listen to you, because of who you are, and their transactions with you all the time. [00:20:27] I believe you can stay in that. If I believe that anybody is going to tell him about Christ before anything else, it's going to be you. You will win more people to Christ in that, in what you excel in, than if you went into some book. You probably will win a thousand times more to Christ, and you certainly will have multitudes more throughout your lifetime if you will witness to knowing you. So I would be very careful to think, just because your dad is a two-time Christian, he's a baby. [00:21:04] He said, you know, Mr. Daniel, I was so shaken at the days, I was numb in my head, because it never occurred to me, it was like falling to death. But I suddenly realized, it was God that made me sin. I gave myself to business, yes, but never for money, but for souls. For souls, William Carey said, I'm a cobbler by trade, but just because I'm a full-time missionary, to support the mission field for souls. [00:21:35] It's not my trade to stay alive. My profession is simply for souls. I have souls in mind. This man said to me, Mr. Daniel, I have led souls all across this nation to Christ. Many daily come to Christ through me, businessmen, business leaders in this nation, who are household names, who have come to Christ as I have witnessed to them. Somehow God is so honored with what you say. [00:22:06] I would never have wanted so many souls to die. I would never have had the privilege of witnessing the way I do. You're all full-time soul winners, not just a preacher. We're all in full-time ministry when you're saved. Not just a preacher on any denomination or movement or culture or concept of what a preacher should be. Don't doubt this now. We're all to be soul winners. We're all full-time ministry for souls. [00:22:38] I have a son called Roy. Some of you have heard of him. If not on his preaching, you've heard of him in my ministry. Roy Boy. Oh, he was a handful. But he came to God. And he's a wonderful blessing. Now we named Roy, our little Roy Boy, we named him after a man called Roy Whip. You might have heard his testimony in one of my messages. Tragic story how God had to save him, but he got the might to be saved. Yes. Roy Whip. Uncle Roy Whip was a very unique character. [00:23:11] who we named Roy after and he loved and delighted in Roy in a very unique way. But Uncle Roy Whip was unnerving, he was fearful and he was fearless for God in a way that you can seldom count on your one hand in your entire lifetime that you will come across. Uncle Roy was so unique that he was genuinely fearful to be near. Trust me, I went to Israel with him and you would not believe. I mean everybody else including the guide is still living in fear of life [00:23:43] through what Roy Whip would stand up and declare step by step through Israel ah, mostly Jews they'll never ever recover Uncle Roy Whip he was an amazing human on his telephone answering machine we didn't have cell phones those days I'm talking about before the cell the telephones had a sort of antique type of a really bad backward type of answering machine If you please leave a message, you know that, like we leave on the answering machine, but this was your, anyway, on your landline. [00:24:14] And so I phoned him one day, and there was this message, Uncle Roy Whip, only he would do in history. The words suddenly came, I'm not available right now, no, sorry, this is the end. He says, do you know that you are destined for hell? That's the thing to start with on your answering machine. you are going straight to hell unless you have repented and come to knowledge of salvation through Christ and his blood and then he started quoting scriptures and then he quoted this verse [00:24:45] he will return in flaming fire 2 Thessalonians 1 verse 8 he will return in flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord and the glory of his power oh and he went on a good few minutes or at least three minutes Two and a half minutes of scriptures of hell and judgment And then he said these words Now, if you want to be helped and given guidance to know how to find eternal life [00:25:15] And to escape the damnation of hell through Christ You may leave a message I will contact you immediately and help you to find the dear Lord Goodbye Now, that's quite a message to leave on the telephone But that was Roy Whipp, unique My Roy is worse, by the way. The leader of a very big missionary society. He's dead now. He phoned me and he said, Keith, we have a bit of a problem. He said, I don't know if you've listened to your answering machine, [00:25:47] but something is there that's really going to do damage. And you need to listen to it and get it off the answering machine because you're a missionary in our mission society. And that is just not acceptable. It's obviously Roy. He was young then. Younger. You need to listen. So I did. Jenny and I, we've never, you won't believe what that child said about hell and who's going, even the president of our country, war, straight to hell, you know. So he was a little tip of the shoulders of the man we named him after. Dear old Roy boy. Anyway, don't worry, Roy's become quite sane. [00:26:23] and but he still got fired. There's a lot of more wisdom now but there was dear Uncle Roy with every soul. I can say this about three people I know that I know for sure. Every single soul he approached in life that I knew and others knew. Before anything else he charged them with the gospel of Christ and their destiny to hell. It didn't matter where he was supermarkets, banks, it didn't matter. Now that took courage. Maybe it was unique and maybe some people say that's not really discerning. [00:26:59] But how many souls have you witnessed to before you condemn him? And how many souls have you passed that they may as well have been dirt, they mattered nothing to you? Though Christ died for them and you knew you might be the only Christian passing them in life that would be able to bring them the truth. before you judge such men. Be careful. Be careful. I was with a lady missionary in Africa. [00:27:30] She's old now, but she knew me when I was a young Christian. And she and her husband founded many, many churches in Africa. Just pouring their lives out, founding and training the Africans of the different nations to preach and to take leadership. And then they just kept an eye on them, basically, and a control. Her husband was dead and she now was in a place called Palaboa, which is the largest single hole in the entire world, down for uranium now. But anyway, this amazing woman was sharing with me as I said, do you still serve the Lord? [00:28:02] Are you able to do anything on the mission? Oh, she said, I serve the Lord every step I take. Okay. She said, she looked at me and she said, you don't believe that, do you? And I said, oh, then pray. I walked into a bank the other day here in Africa, up in Palabow, one of the real regions, remote areas and she said, I walked into the bank and as you walk in the bank there were lines, rows of people this is something about Africa you've got to get used to [00:28:33] it wasn't just two, three, five, ten tellers to help you, assist you there was two tellers and there was just streams of two lines that went around in the building and then around like a snake just on and on you had to wait a long long time and so I walked in there now most Christians will walk in and when you see lines like that in the bank you know you're in for a long wait you say oh no she walked in and she said oh yes that's a soul winner you see what does she do? she says with a loud voice in the African languages [00:29:04] because most of them were Africans in the language of that area which we should very fluent she suddenly cried out to them listen you've got a long wait We that we can stand here clicking our tongues, shaking our heads, stamping our feet and being angry For otherwise, you can let me preach a sermon to you in your language Now the black people of that area were stunned This white woman standing there, not every white can preach, not so fluently And away she said, they all started laughing Please preach, we don't want to stand here for an hour before we get to them [00:29:38] Preach! And she preached a full blown sermon in their language Hallelujah! That's a soul winner. Every opportunity is not a disgrace or something to be grieved at. God put you there for a reason. You just have to have courage. I don't say all of you can do that in a bank. Especially in America you might be jailed. Probably will be. But don't bury your opportunities and don't not see them when God gives them to you. [00:30:09] And the closer you are to God, the more you'll be bold for God. Not as necessary to the degree Uncle Roy was, or this godly old missionary. My daddy was unique, you know. My daddy, when he was saved, became one of the greatest soul winners in the history of our country. There's no doubt about that. I've heard some of the greatest preachers, the greatest and most loved preacher of our land. He's dead now. Standing up and when he saw my daddy, sitting down there, he stopped his whole sermon and said, Listen, here sits Mr. Jack Daniel. Daniel, many of you have heard of him, because many preachers across this land preached of his life. [00:30:45] And I want to say this, because I've never seen Mr. Daniel in any meeting I've preached. I don't know of any man in my life that I can say this of, but it would seem that this man has a walk with God that this is his testimony. It would seem that every step he takes virtually in life, he influences people to seek God, who is compassing the souls and the lost. I don't know if I can say that about another human in my entire life, including every preacher I've known. When tears came down as God's godly old man's face, as he stood in the pulpit and said, [00:31:20] Why is it that I can only say that of one man? Does God not require it of all of us? Why is it in my lifetime I can only look at one man? His whole sermon suddenly hit the hearts of the entire place that broke down. And my father just hung his head in humility and saying that they'd even singled him out so publicly. Oh, my godly father. [00:31:51] One day, my mother told me this, and the neighbors. One day, who is it? Open the door. There they stay, Jehovah Witnesses. Now most of us will say, oh no, no, no, no, no. It's a curse to even let you in and eat with you, to even have you in my house. is forbidden. What does daddy do? Are you really Jehovah's Witnesses? Are you Jehovah's Witnesses? [00:32:27] So they look at each other. Yes, we are the real Jehovah's Witnesses. I am so thrilled. Come in. Whoa. Now they don't normally get that. They normally get cursed and told to get away. Let's say certain doors slam in their faces, which they don't mind. They have no compassion and soul. They just want, you know, so long as they have a bit of hope of getting to where they think they're going. But anyway, my word. So they come in. Oh, I have been praying for a long time for God to send Jehovah's Witnesses to this house. [00:32:58] May the Lord's good. Thank you. Thank you. Come in. Oh, welcome. Sit. You might say this is heresy. No, it isn't. Don't misinterpret what God says, please, for the sake of your own conscience. Nonetheless, Mother told me this. They're sitting and she says, my wife has cake. The most beautiful, oh, bring the cake Morty, bring the cake and the tea, tea, oh yes, oh they were really, this is different, you know. Then he's pulled the chair down and he says to them, listen, I have been preparing myself to be ready, to be able to show you how wrong you are. [00:33:37] and I have every single statement of your doctrine I have to show you and I'm ready to show you it's from the bitter palate from the devil and so he starts, whoa, listen to me, whoa my mother now said these men, the one man, the older one, there's always the older more mature and there's always the one that's pretty green that has to learn you know, the older man started wailing, my mother said she couldn't believe it She walked out of the kitchen, some incredible noise. [00:34:11] He was so shocked and shaken at the truth, poured out to this man who was already waiting, longing for God to use him. Why should God send someone near you if you don't have any longing? You haven't prepared yourself. This man was prepared because he loved souls for God. In the end, the man gets up and says, we've got to get out. And my daddy held on to this young fellow. My daddy was unique. Don't go with him, he'll take you straight to hell, boy. So, he says, I believe that there's always two. [00:34:45] And the younger one, the immature one, the quiet one, is the one that's learning. He hasn't been brainwashed beyond reaching. You have to be him. So this older man says to this young one, let's go. He pushed him out of the door. They start running down, running. They tipped at the bottom. My father looked at them, the neighbors, as this man was wailing. He was wailing in grief and conviction. My father screamed these words and the neighbors were stunned. You young man, I want you to ask yourself, why is he running? [00:35:22] Why is he in such a state? What's he running from? He's taking you to hell. he wouldn't run if he had answers and truth flee him, get away from him, he'll take you to hell for God's sake, answer your conscience young man what is that man running from with such fear and he wept the neighbors told me that part there is not a neighbor in our neighborhood that didn't know the gospel [00:35:53] through my godly father bringing Christ here Oh, isn't it staggering? The leader of the Jehovah Witnesses of the entire of Southern Africa There's two of them, but the real leader Sat with me one day The head And he had come to Christ Oh, he caused problems He's a close friend of mine now He's an old man now, but this was years ago He said to me as they related to my father's boldness [00:36:25] He said, listen, Brother Keith, there is no Jehovah Witness in this entire world that cannot be one to Christ. The only tragedy is Christians don't care. Don't care. Don't want to be involved. Don't want to be wasting their time because it takes time. Don't want to be taking time to study, to prepare themselves. There's no Jehovah Witness that cannot be reached and will not be reached if people just prepared. but Christians don't want to be involved [00:36:57] it costs to prepare yourself you see wise men lay up knowledge Proverbs 10 verse 14 if you're wise and you're a soul winner we know what wisdom is he that winneth souls is wise wise men in God's eyes lay up knowledge let your whole life consume with laying up knowledge to be more used by God Proverbs 10 verse 14 before anything else Preparation is the key to any success in this world Alexander Graham Bell, the great scientist said [00:37:28] For anything else, preparation is the key to success in anything you apply your life to, in any sphere or circumstance in life 2 Timothy 2.15 Study to show thyself approved under God a workman that needeth not to be ashamed rightly dividing the word of truth you will be ashamed if you haven't prepared you will be ashamed because the Jehovah Witnesses will run rings around you because you don't even know how to answer them, they show brainwashes to know how to trip you up with their heretical doctrines, the devil's really got them good [00:38:01] in his school and theological seminar you may know how ye ought to answer every man, Colossians 4 verse 6 thank you by the Lord a lot in your hearts be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason It costs to be a soul winner Of course you can lead a soul to God just by being saved the first night you're saved But for you not to be brought to shame You need to devour the scriptures and be a student of the word of God [00:38:32] And every single verse that you suddenly realize I can use for the atheist I can use for this one, I can use for that one I can use with compassion that my harshest word is throbbing with God's love You will study. You will memorize. You will equip yourself. You are a student of the word of God to win souls if you are right with God. Not just to have good doctrine. Oh, a soldier who goes to the battlefield with no ammunition has nothing of any intention in his heart to do battle. [00:39:13] In this war between God and Satan for the souls of men upon the battlefield called Earth, between God and Satan for the souls of men, any soldier of God who goes out into the battlefield and the only warfare you and I need to be involved in is this battle between God and Satan for the souls of men. You get involved and you're in that war on your knees. You know nothing about what God wants of you. As you groan before God, the groanings that cannot be uttered. That's not speaking about some other language of tongues. [00:39:45] That is speaking about a groaning of God. Bearing His burden upon your heart. When He knows you're right with God, you'll start praying. You're not a soul when on your knees. You're not a soul when as you walk out the front door. Because God's Holy Spirit is driven by prayer. And He instigates prayer. He teaches you to pray how we ought to pray. In a way we do not know. with groanings, God's grief, coming to you, is shared with the lost, as you pray and you will. Oh, you have no intention, a soldier who goes into the battlefield without ammunition, [00:40:20] has no intention of doing any battle in this war between God and Satan. You go out prepared, you go out prepared. I know a man who made this statement. Every day he carries an enormous amount of Bibles in his hands and mouth. the soul, and the son did something about how to be saved his wife in the end sores my alarm because she's talked about hundreds she said listen it's not the complete bible it's just a small thing that's got the bible written on but it's got the vitals of how to be saved and he hands it out these little things instead of a track step by step about hell, judgment, damnation that all are sins and Christ died for all sins and he's the only way [00:41:03] So he hands it out, hundreds, hundreds Oh, she said, you want to see? Every step my husband takes, my children and I have to just walk on as he doesn't let a soul go past him in any circumstance for years He went out equipped somehow, not just that we can't preach to them but you can't at least give them something If you walk out of the door, you have not a check in your car If you walk out of the door, you don't have a check You haven't prayed a prayer for God to use you You haven't equipped yourself that God can use you [00:41:33] You will believe in God. Don't doubt it. Don't doubt it, boy. If you're not a soul, you're a token of the Lord. One of the great missionaries of our mission here, and many of them are women. Oh, the men, they like the purpose, they like the theatres, they like the luxuries and the privilege of being in the purpose of these lovely churches that give them a good challenge, and many luxuries and privileges, but so most of them would never go into Africa and die young, as our women preachers have in their scores and scores in the history of Amish New York. [00:42:16] die of diseases one of them was Eileen Tauti a great woman she was mainly responsible for my father's salvation and many others but Eileen Tauti was a unique soul riddled with diseases oh, I looked at her as a young Christian and I saw this little lady alone the way she organized meetings for men preachers in the city hall of Stannisberg, our biggest city and yet she had to carry the bag sickly with all the books and everything else. [00:42:51] I said to her one day, listen, I'm going to help you. I was young, very young. I looked like a boy. They used to call me Mr. Othello. I looked like a boy. It caused a lot of trouble. God, why?
